Integrated Recruitment System
Few months ago Sperton had launched the integrated recruitment system. This cloud-based, SaaS recruitment software makes our recruitment process more effective and productive.
It consists of three parts: Job Portal, Candidate Portal and Client Portal. They engage all participants of the recruitment process – not only recruiters but candidates and clients, too.
Job PortalJob Portal serves as an instant job board allowing us to quickly post our new open positions. It is accessible from our site top menu – “For employees” – “Job Portal”.
All open job positions are posted there. It is possible to search for jobs by keywords, job title and location. Every candidate could register on Job Portal and create its own Candidate Portal.
Candidate PortalCandidate Portal is created for every candidate while registering on Job Portal. Registration page is accessible from our site top menu – “For employees” – “Upload Your CV”.
It gives candidates the possibility to apply online, manage applications and personal information according to GDPR compliancy, and to subscribe to desired job notifications using keywords.
Client PortalSperton offers a collaborative platform that is a part of our integrated recruitment system. Our clients can have their own portal where they are able to submit vacancies, view a list of all open jobs and review candidates.
We are using Candidate LiveLists™ that allow us to collect information and CVs of all candidates that we have shortlisted for a particular job in one easily accessible place for our clients to review. This reduces emails number and minimizes documents losses, giving our clients the ability to rate, accept or reject candidates, add comments, message recruiters, schedule interviews, forward candidates list internally. When new candidates are found they will be added to list. This eliminates losing important candidates in email chains. We can effectively collaborate and communicate with our clients.
