As part of our strategy to strengthen our China operation Joseph Zhang has been appointed as CFO/Partner for Sperton China.
Joseph Zhang – CFO/Partner for Sperton China
Joseph has a Master of Science in Economics from NTNU. Joseph has extensive experience of financing via equity for companies and project investment of PE/VC, Business and financial management experiences in Corporate Banking in big international companies. He started his career in China at the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, and has then held positions as AVP at DNB Shanghai branch, Asia Financial Controller at DNVGL, and CFO at IceFresh. He is als the Co-founder of Fintegrity – a provider of integrated financial services of accounting, CFO, tax, and legal services. He speaks Norwegian, English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
He will be a trusted advisor for Sperton and our clients regarding financial management, legal entity registration, corporate tax and accounting, business legal and compliance and Chinese market entry strategy.
