Sperton is strengthening its team in Malaysia and Asia Pac, and we are very happy to welcome Caroline Kom as our new Director for Sperton Malaysia.
Caroline Kom – Director of Sperton Malaysia
Caroline has been an HR Practitioner for over 20 years where she has managed Asia Pac & Middle East when working in the O&G sector for more than 10 years. She was also heading the Human Resources, focusing on strategic planning for one of the top globalized property developer in Vietnam.
She brings significant experience in general management today, and her focus is to develop strong thought leadership and deals with front-to-back process optimization in different functions of HR areas. Caroline has guided companies through the transformation process and further developed practices to them. Placing focal point on global standardization, digital transformation and harmonization of business processes, re-organization of HR, Restructuring, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management are part of the expertise of Caroline. She is definitely in the business of supporting and advising Human Resources establishments of companies so they do not need to be challenged in the business of running a smooth and efficient operation. Team spirited, customer oriented, highly motivated and result driven.
