Welcome Fredrik Ohlgren – Business Advisor in Sperton Norway!
Fredrik’s career started as a seller within sales for MegaFlis. After a couple of years, he went in as the youngest store manager in the history of MegaFlis. Fredrik was responsible for attracting, recruiting and hiring young professionals – within sales and Storage positions. This was the time he got his eyes up for recruitment. After some different managing roles within MegaFlis, Fredrik decided to go to school at Høyskolen Kristiania in Oslo. He took a bachelor’s degree in HR and leadership, and also had a part-time job as a salesman for Telia.
When Fredrik’s degree was completed, he went over to a full-time position at Telia Business Centre where he was working with the VIP section of Telia Business customers. Fredrik always wanted to go back to recruitment, and now it’s time, so here he is.
