Thuy Nguyen is a professional Talent Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history of working in multinational companies in different industries including Semiconductor, Software Development, eCommerce, retail, education, and Real estate. Strong at Recruitment for both ESS & Mass Recruitment and Employer Branding, experienced in Employee Relations and Engagement. Skilled in Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Evaluation. Experienced in E-learning and Learning Management System. Thuy’s specialization in HR is Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement and she has been the Head of TA from her previous companies.
