Sperton Pakistan team grows!
A new addition to the Sperton Pakistan team, Kousain Khaliq assumed the role of People Experience and Operations Advisor.
He brings with him approximately 13 years of diversified experience working in Oil & Gas E&P, Banking, Business Outsourcing, and Fast-food restaurant sectors. He was previously associated with Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited as HR Business Partner.
Kousain holds a Master of Business Administration and he is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Economic Behavior and Governance from Universität Kassel, Germany. His pastime activities include painting and mountaineering.
Kousain will be focused on Talent acquisition, Project management, Employee Engagement, Market research and penetration.
