Sanjeev is the Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12+ years of expertise in hiring for diverse industries using traditional, creative and innovative recruiting methods. He is competent in all technical areas of recruitment function with independent decision-making capabilities & people management skills and high caliber to lead, develop & motivate recruitment teams.
Sanjeev has a proven track record in creating and running structured, innovative, and business-driven talent acquisition activities. He has experience in leading and developing talent acquisition activities and functions in an environment both on the conceptual and practical levels. Initiated & mentored teams on “Candidate Experience”, resulting in competitive advantage & positive employer branding. Expertise in conducting “Skills Gap Analysis” in regards to determining succession planning, training goals, and hiring plans.
Sanjeev is skilled in identifying Recruitment bottlenecks & executing solutions for overall process improvement to ensure programs are delivered in timely and cost-effective ways with quality. Keen explorer of emerging trends and innovative recruitment techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
