Sperton Consulting Pvt Ltd and Christos-Group Announcement
SPERTON Global AS is pleased to announce the merger between its subsidiary Sperton Consulting Pvt Ltd and Christos-Group in India.
The new entity will be renamed Sperton Christos Consulting Pvt Ltd, and the office will be in Navi Mumbai.
The result of this merger will be that Sperton Christos Consulting will be better placed to support our existing and new clients in recruitment, people management, global mobility, and business services.
Mathew PV has been appointed CEO of Sperton Christos Consulting and he comes with 25+ years of senior HR experience from both multinational companies and large Indian companies such as the Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis and Tech Mahindra.
We are pleased to welcome Mathew and his team to SPERTON Global. This will improve the support we can offer our clients in India in our core business.
Mathew PV will support SPERTON Global to develop its strategic HR offering at a global level.
This merger supports SPERTON Global expansion ambitions and the company is currently evaluating options in the Middle East and North America says Bjorn Wille.
